Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service type and stage of delivery. Specific terms will be set out in your agreement or proposal. Fees for work performed to date are non-refundable.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kintek LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

Unless otherwise agreed, all IP in our materials, tools, and methodologies remains with Kintek LLC. You receive only the rights expressly granted to you in a written agreement.

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may reference or integrate third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Kintek LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
